Refunds and Returns

Thanks for shopping at Country Fields.

We want you to love the products you have purchased and if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Due to the different manufacturing and printing techniques required for different ceramic and porcelain items (e.g. mugs, teapots or plates), designs may have slight variations in colour or vibrancy across product ranges.

Please note, that timber items which are a handmade product, may result in the exact sizes varying. There may be imperfections in construction and finishing due to the recycled timber. 

Returns and Refunds

We endeavour to take the best steps to ensure that your items are packaged carefully.

Unfortunately, items are occasionally damaged during shipping.

If the packaging is damaged and / or the item is damaged once opened, you should take photos or video showing the damage and contact us within 2 business days (preferably immediately). 

Refunds are not offered where the item has been broken or damaged caused by being dropped.

Country Fields will then work with you to establish an outcome that you're happy with.

We will contact you and may recommend one of the following outcomes: determine if you are able to  repair the item yourself and offer a partial refund, dependant of the damage we will provide a partial or full refund, replace the product (subject to availability). 

If determined that the product is to be returned to us, we would suggest that your return item is sent as a registered pre-paid parcel post t allow for the items to be tracked.  The item is to be packaged adequately to ensure the item is not damaged in return shipping.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately contact you in regard the status of your refund request after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment and the shipping cost to return the item.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return the item to us within 3 days of the date you received it, please contact us to let us know by calling or via the 'contact us' link.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return and ship back us, this will include the costs of shipping the item to you in the first place.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

We would suggest that your return item is sent as a registered pre-paid parcel post allow for the item/s to be tracked.  The item is to be packaged adequately to ensure the item is not damaged in return shipping. Once your return item is received and your return is accepted, we will contact you and provide you with a store credit.
